Drool acne anyone??

Is anyone else dealing with LO drool acne? Ftm And not really sure how to control it. I have a bib on him 24/7 conatantly wiping his mouth and putting eucerin eczema cream on it as much as i can but its not getting better.. Any tips

Keep some coconut oil or auqafor on his chin- like wipe dry add thin layer that will protect the skin and help drool run off

I usually wipe my Bb girl’s cheeks and chin after feeding with warm water. I also use Avene when it gets worse..

I used nipple cream and my son’s went away. I don’t breastfeed so it was whatever came free in a registry box but it said it works on drool rash and it wasn’t wrong. His chin, neck, and upper chest looked like that.

Same here, just trying to keep her chin as dry as possible and gonna start using nappy cream lol it's the best for this stuff

My LO had a little bit of a drool rash and I would put a little bit of Vaseline on it at night when she went to sleep. It seemed to help. It’s really impossible to keep their face dry when they’re constantly drooling! It gets frustrating lol
