Am I still pregnant?

I took a pregnancy test last Monday and got a positive (will insert picture), and then a few days later I started bleeding and clotting like a normal period. I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy so I let it run its course. My normal period lasts 7 days and this only lasted 4 days. Then a day later up until now I have been having on and off spotting.

Was wondering if this is still my body going through a miscarriage, or if I am still pregnant and I’m just having bleeding?
