Hemorrhoid? TMI

Question

So ever since I had my daughter everytime I go number 2 it hurts like I dread having to use the bathroom. And I bleed which freaks me out. 
I was told I could have pushed so hard I gave myself a hemorrhoid but can they last for 4 months? 
My stomach doesn’t hurt or anything before I make an apt with the dr I figured I’d get some advice

Could be a fissure. It's basically a cut inside the anus. Very painful bowel movements and blood.

Get witch hazel and put it on there every couple hours and itll go away. I had several after I gave birth and with just witch hazel they were gone within a few days.

Ugh I rememeber with my first I had a cut by my anus and it hurt so bad like if I was pooping glass so I would try to hold it in till I couldn’t anymore it was bad.

Hemorrhoids will last forever, but can flare up or be dormant. It sucks. Witch hazel pads, as recommended by someone else, are helpful, as well has Preparation H gel. I feel you, girl. I have a couple hemis and they are not fun.
