I need y’all mom experience HELP ME

So my daughter is 1 1/2 months old and I have noticed these last two days her poop has no consistency to it. It’s almost like diarrhea. Is this normal to happen? She was breast fed for the first month then we transitioned her to sensitive simlac formula per her pediatrician request. She was having normal poop at first and now it’s runny and liquid. What does this mean😩 I feel so bad for her since I noticed the change in her poop she has been a bit fussy, but she has been feeding normal and peeing a lot.

Please advice!!!
