Pregnancy test advice needed.

So October 7th- October 10th I had sex with my husband with pre-seed trying to conceive. I was ovulating. I was wondering when I can take a pregnancy test (I want to as soon as I can), but everyone tells me a different time I should take one. I need as much advice as I can get.

- when is the soonest I can take a pregnancy test with a correct result?
