Coed Baby shower activities?

My husband and I are throwing our own shower. It’s coed. We will have food and possibly some simple beer and wine. 
But what else do we do? Does there need to be games and activities?? I don’t want to open presents. Maybe just a few. I don’t like “girly” stuff or to be the center of attention. It’s going to be like 40-50 people.

We are also doing a coed shower, an idea from a friend of mine was have a big box of newborn diapers and a few sharpies, and have people write little messages on the diapers for you to read later during midnight diaper changes! I thought it was really cute and will be doing it at our shower.

Most people expect you to open their gift. (I think a big part of the appeal for attending a shower for many people is seeing what presents you get.) So if you don’t want to open presents, you probably want to plan so other activity. Otherwise your guests will keep asking you to open gifts. 
 
Pregnancy trivia games might be fun for men and women. You might also want to consider a craft or activity (have everyone decorate a plain onesie with fabric paint pens?) in addition to games. 
It’s kind of a know your crowd thing—what kind of games or activities people be up for?

We’re doing coed and to make it more manly one of the games is the guys get to chug a beer from a baby bottle🤷🏻‍♀️😂 along with a diaper cake there will also be a beer cake. My fiancé really loves beer as you might can tell. I’m not a very girly person myself so I think it will go pretty well

I’m doing a co-ed shower too. The games I decided on after much debate are a pacifier hunt. So having however many pacifiers hidden throughout the shower. Blind folded diaper changing race on dolls and guessing how big my belly is with a string!  :)

I had a coed shower with my first and some of the activities we had were decorating onesies with fabric markers and writing messages on diapers. Some of the games we did were a word jumble page, guess how big the bump is(take some yarn, each person cuts a length of it, whosever wraps all the way around moms belly wins), and blind baby food feeding (this was hilarious, the person doing the feeding is blindfolded and trying to get it in the other persons mouth, can be super messy but was so much fun, we used applesauce instead of baby food though)
