One time I picked up my sweet, sleeping, beautiful newborn. He opened his eyes when I did. Locked in eye contact, he then released a satanic sounding belch. I stared at him in horror for a moment, and then he released a second, larger, more satanic sounding belch. My eyes got bigger as I stared at him. Then he opened his mouth and vomited about a half gallon of sour smelling white liquid directly into my bra.

I have a 3 year old who now pees and poops by himself... which is something I never would have considered life changing but it most definitely is. Reading this poll took me back to the day I experienced what can only be described as THE HOLY TRINITY... nappy off ready to do the change... my little man fountain pissed in his own face... I grabbed a cloth to stop that wild thang spraying willy nilly around the nursery, as I was wiping my poor, pee covered child, not 10 seconds later he did the face... THE FACE... no no no... yep. There it was, a freshly baked projectile poop, straight from the production line all over my front. No worries, we have dealt with explosive situations before, best solution is the shower, always. So I picked up my little angel, who was surprisingly calm throughout the whole or ordeal, and we headed to the bathroom. And then it hit me, the warm flow of milky vom, in my hair, on my face, and a neat little pool held dubiously between my and the wee one's bodies. Awesome.

So my vote for the worst goes to pee, poop and vom at the same time.

Poop is gross, but I’m expecting it. Getting spit up all over my chest and clothes is mite unexpectedly gross and more work to clean up.
