Weaning help!!!

I’ve been trying to wean my almost 18 month old daughter I’ve tried mustard she doesn’t want it she’s disgusted by it but will cry for an hour straight refusing to go to sleep so I just give in and she’s out in like 3 minutes. But she has a tendency of using me as her personal pacifier through out the night wants to be stuck to me. I only feed her at night.
