Will the Hospital report my baby father if I’m 16 and he’s 20+ will that force me to not be able to put him on the birth certificate

I live in KC and the age of consent is 16 here I need some help i don’t know what to do I really want him to be their when I have the baby and for him to sign the birth certificate

I’m due in March 22 and i will be turning 17 on April 23

Conceived at the age of 16
