Rape and possibly pregnant ?

So on Sept 19th I was raped by someone I considered a friend. I didn’t report it and where I went to get a rape kit done they turned me away saying they didn’t have the tools and to go to the ER and report it .

So anyway,

On the 24th I started cramping and spotting (which I never do) then 3days later I got what I think could be considered a period. However it was lighter than usual ( I usually use a diva cup and and fill them up, but I barely did that . Like less than halfway) . I only go for 3 days . So when the fourth day came and it was over, I was nauseous, had a headache and heartburn that lasted a week. Wednesday the 9th I took a test that says negative. But I am still feeling nauseous, constant heartburn, headaches , lower back aches , constantly tired and sore boobs and FUCKING BLOATED all . The. Time.

Am I pregnant? My sister thinks I tested too early. Do I wait longer to take another test?
