Tooth coming possibly soon?

Sorry there’s food all over her mouth lol I tried to get the pic while she was eating but it was a fail so I pulled her chin down to expose her gums. Do you think teeth can possibly come soon? She’s been screaming all day today and yesterday and nothing seems to work & last night she slept 5 hr stretch which is unusual bc she usually sleeps 3 hrs. She’s been soooo fussy like she was screaming on and off for like 3 hrs yesterday. She didn’t wanna play, walk around, watch tv NOTHING. What do you guys think?
