I am currently already dilated to 3 with soft cervix, no bloody show or any of that for me yet, just bad Braxton Hicks since 28 weeks and sciatic nerve pain sending me to my knees and lighting crotch😅 I’m having a blast these last couple of weeks so I wanna help my cervix out just a bit. So I purchased the 1000mg capsules, now what do I do? Take one a day orally and then at night put one up my swa-swa?
