Wine when to pump or BF again ?
Hello mamas I had a glass of wine today for thanksgiving at 1:00 pm and now it’s 6:30 pm. What should I do for the pumping or breastfeeding? I pumpers prior but he ate it all and it’s almost his feeding time. Please help. Should I do the pump and dump ? Thank you
