Vomiting at 24 weeks?

I never had morning sickness in the first trimester, but today I vomited around 6 pm and now I feel sick again (10:45pm) and I’m wondering if I should blame pregnancy? Or food I ate this afternoon?

Does it feel like acid reflex? I had morning sickness, but was over it by 14 weeks. Now, at 24 weeks, I feel like I’m nauseous and throwing up for completely different reasons... acid reflux, coughing, gagging on my toothbrush. I’m guessing it’s that everything is just pushed up from the baby and I don’t have as much room in there! I’ve found eating smaller meals does the trick.
