Diarrhea and bleeding- 22 weeks pregnant

Hello, earlier today I had some diarrhea and when I wiped I noticed some drops of bright red blood. Didn’t really care-figured it was hemorrhoids or I just strained myself. Then I get home and I’m in the bath and have to jump out because the urge to go comes over me. I have more diarrhea but when I wiped it’s almost completely bright red blood/maroon diarrhea. The toilet water was red.

Should I call my doctor or could this still just be the hemorrhoids?
