I'm having so many symptoms of heightened progesterone I finally understand why people think they're having pregnancy symptoms before it's possible. I've never in my life had symptoms at this point on my cycle so I ended up googling even though I knew it isnt possible for them to be pregnancy related.

Could this be because of the miscarriage I had? Like my hormones aren't the same as they used to be between ovulation and period?

I also had golden CM which when I googled it could be implantation or a sign my period is close but at 4DPO (it was yesterday) is that possible?
