Parents fighting

I had to break up a fight right now with my parents because my mom and dad are fighting about stuff of how my dad is alcoholic and my moms pills were flushed and I went outside to break them up if fighting and I had my sister in the room and I just broke down crying rn and it sucks and I don’t like this shit
