Is it normal for breast milk supply to go up and down?

I used to get over 15 oz per day (3 days PP) and now only getting like 10 oz per day (7 days PP). I pump every four hours... but will admit I forgot and did some late.

You should pump every 2-3 hours for a while if you are exclusively pumping especially if you have low supply.

Yes but pumps should be every 2 hours not 4 until your supply regulates. You're telling your body that baby doesn't need that much milk by going so long betwen pumps. Baby may not need that much milk NOW but will in the future. You'll have a hard time increasing your supply after you regulate so it's worth it to deal with the stress now instead of trying to deal with it later. Unless you're ok with combo feeding in which case you're fine with only pumping every few hours (there's no shame in combo feeding, you just need to be on board with it mentally before you have the need to do it).
