Slow and steady
So it took me 1 year and 2 months to loose 15 lbs. I was very active befor, so I really had to focuse on food. I had a few weeks were I managed to eat about 1200 -1500 calories and then I went back to eating amounts that would have me maintain my weight because I did not have the time or will power to prepare my meales. But I am still so proud of myself and I will keep working at it😊.
