Is 2 years too long?

I got engaged a few weeks ago and I’ve been waiting so long for this (6 years actually lol) and it was all so magical! But now I’m in a bit of a stump...

My brother got engaged a few months before I did and he plans on marrying Sep of 2020 and one of my best friends is getting married August 2020.

My fiancé only has one stipulation, to marry on our dating anniversary, July 4th. So before both very important weddings, is that shady? I just don’t want to step on any toes! I don’t want out out of town friends to decide between my wedding or my best friends. Or my out of town family to have to pick between me or my brother.

But like I can’t stop scrap booking and pintristing my dream wedding. I could totally have this planned by July 2020 but I want to be nice and wait until July 2021.

Is two years too long? We’d be marrying on our 8year anniversary then. Should I just say fck it and get married 2020 or am I right in thinking that’s a b!tch move?
