Results for anatomy scan?

I have my anatomy scan on Friday and was wondering, do they tell you results during/afterwards regarding baby’s health? Or do I have to wait until my next OB appointment?

My tech didn't tell me anything. She told me what was on the screen as she was looking but thats it. 
I had my monthly appt with my dr already so i had to wait till then. 
There was actually some concerns that the tech seen and she didnt say a thing.

The ultrasound tech told us everything that was going on,how things were measuring, and if she was seeing everything she was supposed to. It was really great to not fee left out and worried the whole time. Then the doctor came in and reiterated everything. We did ours at MFM though since that’s standard at our practice so idk if it’s different elsewhere.

They usually call you later or the next day if there are any concerns. When you’re there ask when you’ll receive your results. Usually no news is good news

For me the tech did the ultrasound & then the doctor looked everything over afterwards and talked to me ! Tech was allowed to tell me what was on screen but they’re not allowed to say if they see anything wrong

They had me do an asap anatomy scan due to schedule with no provider seen same day so I have to wait until Tuesday for anything. Tech didn't seem concerned in any way.

I saw my ob same day an hour after my scan so I got results right away

Every clinic/hospital is different. I will usually find out from doctor after the ultrasound but the tech will not tell you big concerns, they will pass that off to the doctor to review and go over with you.

During my scan she should me everything and told me everything looked perfect but she wasn't sure if she got all the images she would need as he would not stay still.
I got a call from my doctor's office saying I'd need to go back as they didn't see everything they needed to for his heart but what they could see looked perfect and not to worry. They booked the scan for weeks after my original anatomy scan so I'm guessing there honestly is no concern at all. We go next week.

I was told that if there was anything concerning, my doctor would call me within a few days of the appt. however, I did pay attention to see if the tech took her time on any parts or if she seemed concerned

The tech will not go over it with you. They are not qualified to and could probably get in trouble for telling you things. They usually schedule your scan and then your appointment right after. The doctor will/should go over it with you. If they don’t, ask about it 😊
