What kind of water?

So my LO is 7 months at the end of the month and I haven’t given her water yet oops? Her pediatrician told us it isn’t necessary since she’s getting it from my breastmilk + it’s getting cooler out. Is anyone not giving their babies water yet? I may try to give her an ounce but what type of water are you all using👀

Not an oops at all! I’m in no rush there. With my first I started around 10 mos, I see no reason to start any sooner now either.

We still boil water for our formula mix. 
So I’ve got a sippy cup and pour a few oz of boiled water in there. He’s still learning how to use the sippy cup very slowly. So not rushing but he takes a few sips now.

Just regular purified water the rest of the kiddies drink. Only about an oz or 2 a day. My pedi says by 9 month it can be 4 oz a day.

I give him some water that we drink in regular open cups we drink from. I didnt want to bother with sippy cup. my husband hates baby things like baby utensils, plates, cups too obviously lol

Distilled water ( it’s what I use for formula) or we have a water cooler and I’ll just fill it from that sometimes.

I’ve just introduced a sippy cup to my 7 month old to get him used to using one and drinks water from it with meals, he has a few sips out of it each time I give it to him throughout the day

I put a couple ounces in her supply. She barely takes in any during meals.

We have a water filter so I give Lo the same water we drink. I offer her some in the sippy cup with meals. So doesn’t drink much, if any, but it’s good practice with the sippy cup.
