It’s very plain and I don’t know what to put on the walls.

I bet some gothic looking decor would look cool with the lacy black design on the sheets. I would go for that. You need to check out hobby lobby and Michaels. Some of the Halloween decor would look awesome. Just a thought!

I think some simple wooden shelves with small succulent / other type of plants would be lovely alongside some photos / pictures.

Just picture frames of both of you!! Family pictures. Definitely adds a home touch to it

Some photo frames and shelves that match your bed cover and I reckon put some plants in your room it will make it more lively :)
