First this started out at the very top of my vagina , now it's actually coming from my vagina and I can just scoop it up with my nails at first it was creamy / egg white lumpy but now it's just straight creamy but it's an awful lot that I took out more than the pictures show .. what could this be ? I have a doctor's appointment tomrrow
