Getting Induced Wednesday
I'm 38 weeks 5 days and getting induced the minute I hit 39 weeks. My doctor is concerned my baby will be 10+ lbs if we wait for me to naturally go into labor and told me there's a risk that a bigger baby might get stuck at the shoulders and have reduced/limited oxygen to the brain. That obviously scared me, so we scheduled to induce.
So, my question is who has gone through induction and what should I expect? This is my first baby.
