I took something called maca, it's an all natural fertility vitamin. I wasn't ovulating regularly, to I ttok that and tracked my ovulation by using digital ovulation tests. I am now 21 weeks along. Give it a shot.

Nph fertility vitamins 
And I took for a month and I'm 5 weeks today 😄😄

Idk if Ur already doing this but taking prenatal vitamins are supposed to help. I started taking mine and within a month I was pregnant. Also after he gives just kinda lay there for like 20 min. That's what I did with my last and with this one and it works great haha

Try a fertility-friendly lube like Pre-seed during your fertile window.

Have you tried anything? Iv been trying for almost a year. Iv tried Conceive Easy, Conceive Plue, Pee-Seed and now I'm going to try Fertility Blend SP-1. Having sex every to everyother day. Best of luck
