Can I be pregnant

Hi ladies I need help Ive taken 2 pregnancy both came back negative but I’m late this month an I’m worried. In September During my ovulation I had spotting for a few days then it went away an I took two test with the blue dye an the dye ran I’m just not sure I need help?!?!
