My freshman year of highschool I leaked through my pad & shorts . A girl gave me a sweater to tie around my waist so I could make it to the nurses office . Had to wear p.e shorts the rest of the day . My advice is to go to the bathroom every class period to be safe . Teachers are assholes so leave if you have too . Carry an extra pair of bottoms & undies . Some wet wipes to clean up with ! If you need midol or whatever , Carry it discreetly or have the nurse hang on to it !

Yes. Thats why i love my mirena iud now. No periods. 
Mine are so heavy that i bleed thru an ultra tampon, largest made, in 3 hours flat. I have to wear a pad in case i cant get to the bathrolm in those 3 hours. When i was in middle school, high school and even college i bled thru my underwear and jeans. Not just a little either. Like down my thighs. I usually would bring a second set of underwear and jeans to change into. Awful.

I was 8. Didn't yet know what a period was. I was in 3rd grade and wearing white pants and my period started in class. It got on my chair! 🤦🏽‍♀️😩 I was horrified and embarrassed and went and locked myself in the bathroom to cry while I thought I was bleeding to death. My grandma was a secretary in the main office and came to get me and gave me a change of clothes and a pad. Worst day ever. Won't ever forget it 😭😭🤦🏽‍♀️

So in 6th grade I was wearing black sweatpants. This wasnt the first time I had my period but it was irregular since I was young and only had it for a few months. I got up from my chair to sharpen my pencil and there was brown streaks all over the seat. I thought it was dirt from my shoes since it was a muddy day I had a tendency to put my feet on my chair.
My teacher asked one of the guys to help me clean it since I was having a tough time cleaning it idk why. He did and even though it was brown on the paper towel he asked “ew did you get your period or something?” I was like no it’s just dirt! But then I got paranoid and went to the bathroom. And lo and behold it was my fucking period LOOOOL. I was so embarrassed idk how I felt nothing. My pants were so dark I didn’t see anything.

When I was a senior in hs I bled through a pad while I was in class it got all over a chair I was sitting in. I had to use a tissue to clean it. Luckily it was the last class period the blood was even all over my butt I was so embarrassed.

Yep my first ever period started at school on my 13th birthday of all days. Didn’t know anything until about 30 mins until school let out that my pants was covered in blood. Went to the nurse and she called my mom to come get me

Carry backup supplies in your locker/backpack/purse, along with extra underwear, pain relievers, and an emergency chocolate bar. Even if you end up never needing it, one of your friends will!
If you know your cycle is about start soon, wear a pantiliner when you leave in the morning to catch the first drops before you have a chance to run to the bathroom. DON'T put a tampon in before your flow starts though, only pads/pantiliners.

Ironically enough, I had a huge leak while in my women’s study’s class. Even with a maxi pad and tampon in. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized it so yeah I was walking across campus with a huge stain on the back of my jeans.
