Aerosol in pregnancy...

So I’m 33 weeks pregnant and today I sprayed an aerosol at work in the toilets after I’d been and whilst washing my hands I felt as if it was getting on my chest.. my chest felt a little tight and I coughed a few times.. I’m worried more about baby than myself? Will this affect baby? I’m so worried now!
