Help! Conflicted! I'm tired of keto, but glad I'm losing weight 😩
I've been doing keto/low carb diet, ( because I'm sure there are times I wasn't in ketosis,-I've been falling off the wagon a few times 😆) for a month now and have lost around 11lbs.
I feel good image wise and some sexy clothes are now fitting me💃💃💃💃, but the problem is at times I feel like I'm having withdrawal symptoms.
I genuinely really miss my carbs😩,
Today I had some rice and I was super guiltyðŸ˜,some friends and my trainer have also discouraged me from doing a low carb diet, but I'm scared if I start eating like I used to I'll gain the weight back,
Please help!
