Excessive sweating postpartum?

Did anyone sweat ALOT during sleep pp!?

Yes! OMG! This started for me about 4 days PP, and I find when I dress lightly and only cover myself with a sheet (vs. heavy duvet/quilt) it’s much better. I just chalk it up to hormones 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s much better for me now and my baby will be 3 weeks old tomorrow.

Yesssss I was waking up and having to change my shirt due to it being drenched in sweat! Was horrible 😣

4 months PP and I’m still waking up drenched in sweat some nights. Thankfully during the day sweats have stopped!
