Looking for a good car seat that is light and portable to take on the plane and use in the rental car and possibly Lyfts if needed. I'd also like a different stroller that is easier to travel with. I've looked at car seats that are also strollers but they are very pricey.

Baby is currently 11 months old, 19lbs, 28 or so inches. I know he can be a lap child but he's already extra squirmy and throwing tantrums if he gets bored so I plan to buy him a seat on long flights because I just know it will be worth it to have the extra space and all 3 seats to ourselves.
