Is it normal to be numb in areas around c-section incision?

I had a c-section a week and two days ago. I’m healing great and in very little pain. There’s this one area right above that I have no feeling in. Is this normal?

I am 2 years post c-section and still have no feeling on the bottom of my belly. My doc said whatever feeling you don't regain within a year you most likely never will.

I don’t think that feeling comes back I had mine 3 months ago and I’m numb still my best friend had hers almost 10 years ago and is still numb
