Baby farts in the womb?!

So i know I post in this group a lot but I have another one for you ladies! So im 23 weeks and I feel my baby move all day long. When he moves I literally feel his little body twisting and turning kicking etc. A lot of time along with his movements I can also feel like bubbles or fizziness inside me. And I was wondering if any of you all feel the same? Im trying to figure out if baby is tooting lol or if its the amniotic fluid as he moves around and practices swallowing? Idk what exactly it is!
