Paranoid!

This is my first baby I’m 5 weeks 6 days and I’m so so so paranoid. I don’t have any health issues that I’m aware of. It took me 3 months to get pregnant. I haven’t had any bleeding just mild cramps and breast pain.. But I’m so paranoid I’m going to lose it :( anyone else scared? Maybe it’s because I’m seeing all these people losing their babies and it makes me super scared.
