period late 😫

on sept 13 i had protected sex w my boyfriend & then got my period three days after that. i haven’t had sex since then, only fingered. but now my period is a day late, i usually have a lot of pms symptoms before my period but i really don’t right now. could this all be caused by stress? i’ve been worrying quite a bit.
