Irish twins anyone?

My SO and I just had sex again after having our first baby 7 weeks ago. I had my appointment and got bc but it wont be effective for another week and i was just so excited that when we tried it didnt hurt anymore. He was a little too excited too and came in me...does anyone have irish twins? Be honest, how hard is it? How hard was it on your body? I feel like I won't have enough time to heal

The american academy of pediatrics recommends 18 months before trying again to let your body heal. If you arent pregnant you need to give yourself a break.

So tired and irritable. I've been in massive amounts of pain 
 For 8 months. I think its cause my body has been pregnant for so long but I still have duties. Work, clean, cook take care of a toddler. I don't reccomend it 🥴

I’m CLOSE to having Irish twins. They’ll be exactly 13 months apart or less depending on when this one is born.
I personally don’t recommend it. I’m tired all the time and so fucking hormonal I could’ve done without all this with a 4-8 month old. It’s hard.
I think the only thing I’m looking forward to is the bond they’ll share when they’re older.

My girls are less than a year apart. Wasn’t planned. It well happened. There older now. 19 and 20. It was hard when they were little

I have and it’s amazing. Highly recommended. It was way easier than having actual twins as first one was feeding herself/ walking/ sleeping through by the time the second one came. They are 16 and 17 now and best friends.

I have almost Irish twins also...they are 12 months 2 weeks apart. For me the hardest parts of being pregnant with a infant was the tiredness and I had really bad carpal tunnel so I could barely even hold my babies bottle to feed him. As for the delivery...I had to have 2 sections in 2 years so obviously not the best scenario but now almost 1 year pp and I feel pretty good about my healing etc. My second baby was breech...big possibility why she was head up could have been because I still had all the space in my stomach from first baby so she literally flipped all the time. As for how it is with 2 under 2....pretty easy in our household. Once you get them on the same schedule it's a breeze.they share the same toys, snacks, etc. They are best friends even at this age.
