When should i stop smoking ???

I live in Florida which is sadly a non legal state right now and I was told by many people that even if your obgyn is cool with you smoking and doesn’t test you or mention it , the hospital will test baby at birth. So my question is when should I stop smoking that way baby is thc free at birth ?

I’m wondering the same thing...I’d like to know more abt occasional smoking (especially in first tri. For the morning sickness) as well as a little toke at birth. I find that 1-2 hits puts me in the beautifully relaxed mode that I feel would be beneficial at birth.

Stop as soon as you can, the hospital will test even tho your OB doesn't. I live in FL and had the same issue. If the hospital tests and baby comes back positive, CPS will probably be in contact but they arent looking to take baby away. I was honest and had 1 visit from them and 1 phone call and never heard from them again...my case was closed.

I smoked a toke every night before bed, up until 37 weeks I believe.. not really sure if they tested or not but they didnt say anything (in Ontario Canada, had my daughter in 2017)

I stopped at 6 months and was clean when they tested me at birth
