10 DPO spotting???
I have a short LP (usually 9-10 days). My bbt usually starts to nose dive around 8DPO and then my period comes. But this month it dipped and then went back up.
I’ve been using progesterone cream and taking Vitex to help lengthen my LP. I thought I was in the clear since my bbt started rising again after 8DPO. But this morning I had light brown discharge like before AF shows. Does anyone know what’s going on? Why is my bbt rising but I’m bleeding?
