Ok so we have Been TTC for almost 3 years, and have had 4mc to date. I’ve been reading everything here I can, and I’m seeing a common theme... to MUCH sex is BAD??! My husband and I enjoy each other very much, always daily and sometimes more than that... and I’m reading that if we STOP having so much sex it might help our chances? I’m SO confused lol. Please help explain this 🙈 I’m 38 and He’s 37. So ALMOST 40.

My dr said sex every day is best. We had sex for 20 days straight sometimes multiple times a day. I got pregnant. My dr said have sex every day is good because it gets the old sperm out and keeps cycling the old sperm out.

Talking a break of a day or two in between allows more sperm to reproduce, therefore increasing your chances. Everyone is different, but this still applies to every man (unless he has fertility issues). A lot of women get pregnant when they don't have any sex at all the entire week before ovulation. Also, if your husband masturbates at all that can affect your chances. If you really wanna get pregnant, try slowing it down to every other day.
