How many times should I be having sex?

Hi all, 
I’ve been TTC for about three months now and have heard conflicting things about the amount of times I’m supposed to be having sex. Some say only to do it every other day and others say to do it at least once a day. What do you guys think?

It is up to you what is most comfortable. Research shows that your chances are the same whether your bd every day or every other day. I conceived when bd every day during fertile window but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t have worked that month had we tried it every other day. We tend to do every day surrounding and during my fertile window since we are comfortable with that but again it’s up to you!
