I am 7 weeks pregnant . Pregnancy test , Doctor & sonogram confirmed. This is my second d child after 4 years . For my first I felt all pregnancy symptoms . For this one I feel none at all just some light cramps . Makes me feel not pregnant at all ? Am I the only one ?
