I wear glasses so if I did I wouldn’t have been able to tell either way.

No i would see a few spots and if bent over to grab something

No but I had very dry eyes last time and that would sometimes cause it to blur while I was reading or looking at a screen too long.

It's pretty common in pregnancy. My eye sight sucks now and it did with my first pregnancy as well. Doctor told me it's absolutely normal, caused by an increase in the fluid pressure in the eyeballs. Goes back to normal after giving birth.

See a doctor please! That's serious and needs to be heard by a professional. Preeclampsia is dangerous

Pregnancy is the only time I need my glasses lol. It is a normal symptom.

I had blurry vision during both pregnancies...I wear contacts and my eye Dr told me my prescription to change slightly while pregnant. I also had high blood pressure/pre eclampsia with both. I would tell your Dr about it.
