Fish oil good for ttc?

Hello ladies, can you please help me understand if fish oil helped you conceive? How did you take it during the month? Thank you! Any other inputs welcomed, trying to do everything right this month! Thanks!

Fish oil is Omega-3 which helps to regulate hormone production. I’ve taken it (orally) from before my first pregnancy. It helps to clear my skin and helps with hair growth. I take Folate as well, as prescribed by my doctor to increase fertility and the combination is also crucial during early pregnancy.

I started taking omega 3 about a month ago as well as prenatal, folic acid, vitamin d3, and coq10. Got my bfp yesterday. I assume something helped
