Background:

I’m 24 been off of hormonal birth control for 12 cycles now. Normal cycle being around 28 days. Normal period being 3 days with one heavy day and two light days. Two out of my last three cycles have been two days and I don’t feel like that’s quite right! My last cycle was 35 days with a day of spotting and about 36 hours of true bleeding, spotting for the rest of that day then on cycle day3 absolutely nothing then on cycle day 4 after sex more spotting for about 24 hours, no contraceptives used and had very lightly cramping for about 36 hours after sex.
