Spotting 13 days!!

HELP!!

I started combination BC again this month. I started spotting 13 days ago. Yesterday I started taking the sugar pills to get my period but the spotting has not increased to a regular period. I also took a pregnancy just in case and it was negative. Is this normal?! This has never happened.

Please help! Thank you!
