He is almost 4 months. He had started to feed every 4 hours at 6 weeks but stopped not long after that. I don't mind waking up to feed as he doesn't even cry and he goes back to bed immediately so not even my housemates know he wakes up at night. He would cry of I don't feed him though so I do respond to him before he cried and wakes himself completely.

But I see other mother's talking of sleeping through the night and I wonder if maybe baby should have hit this milestone already. Baby is exclusively breast fed.

During the day, he feeds just the same intervals or even less.

He feeds 4-7 minutes duration.
