So the whole pregnancy my blood pressure had been good shes prepregnancy it runs really low but i always randomely get this like pressure in my face and head pregnant or not and never had an explanation. Anyway my niece just pointed out that face is red/flushed and i checked and it is plus i have that pressure. I googled because i got nervous that my bp spiked but it said that's no correlation between that and high bp. It also said in pregnancy hormones announce can do that affecting mostly the face neck and chest. My panic disorder still had me freaking though. Please calm me down and tell me this is normal and happens to some of you too?
