So I started taking my NuvaRing on the 4th of October, the day right after my finished period. I’m now having horrible period cramps, or ovulation (?) pain. My ovaries and lower back feel like they’re on fire, also my lower stomach hurts. Maybe it’s something I ate ? Not sure. I’m 10 days away from my regular period. My breast don’t hurt at all and that’s usually my first symptom of my period starting. Is this all in my head or common? I’m wondering if I’m ovulating or my period cramps are early ( I rarely have period cramps by the way)
