A little worried

Hi everyone, just wanted to post on here and hopefully get some positive feedback. I am currently 7w3d & I’ve been spotting brown since Wednesday of last week. It’s not enough to fill up a pad or liner, just curious of what could be going on. I have had 2 miss carriages in the past
